We are critical, independent, and think for ourselves. We are not funded by big tech, mining conglomerates, or the European Union. Our work is rooted in creating a positive impact for people and the planet. Unlike many other private and public actors in the sector, we are not here to advance some hidden ulterior motive. Since we started out in 2022, our honest goal has always just been to educate, connect, and support society in the transition over to a more transparent, circular, and just electronics future.

All our written and audio content is created without the use of AI and its resulting plagiarism. We openly and honestly reference the sources we use. If you see an uncanny overlap between our work and that of others (without a direct reference being made to our work or to a content license acquired from us), it is probably safe to assume they – or the AI models they have used – have copied from us without the permission to do so. Our work is frequently stolen and its copyright ownership is often misrepresented in an illegal and disrespectful manner. While we actively pursue remedies to the theft of our intellectual property through the court of law, we have also learned to trust that our longstanding readers and users can recognize our voice and our way of thinking – even when it is masqueraded as an original thought by someone who has played no part in its creation. In case it is relevant, you can apply for a content license from us here or report a breach of our intellectual property rights here.
