Launch of the #ImpactTestimonials Campaign

On Thursday, I spoke on a panel titled “Bridging Knowledge Gaps in E-Waste” at the E-Waste World Expo in Frankfurt, together with Piret Liv Stern Dahl from BonoLab and Pascal Leroy from the WEEE Forum. We talked about the role of education on e-waste and electronics circularity, and we discussed how education can be a tool for creating long-lasting and meaningful systemic change. We also spoke about the importance of closing knowledge gaps amongst different stakeholders – and why the current lack of funding for education fundamentally makes that so hard to do in practice.

Our panel discussion titled "Bridging Knowledge Gaps in E-Waste" was held on 18 June 2026 at the E-Waste World Expo in Frankfurt.

At The E-Waste Column, we have been working to mobilize capital for e-waste education for 4 years now. That has proved to be a largely impossible task to date, but we are giving it another go this autumn! In light of this, we have been busy collecting testimonials from our users to demonstrate our real-life impact a bit better.

As of today, we are running a 12-week-long campaign at The E-Waste Column called "Impact Testimonials" to collect even more qualitative data. Our plan is quite literally to drown our future investors with such an abundance of qualitative data that our real-life impact and relevance on the market becomes utterly undeniable.

How can you get involved in our campaign?

- You can contribute to our qualitative dataset by submitting a short testimonial here.

- You can help us by engaging with and re-posting our campaign content throughout the next 12 weeks.

- You can freely use our campaign images and text to create your own posts about the campaign and thereby help us to spread the word.

- You can have a really big impact by actively encouraging (and repeatedly reminding!) others to also submit a testimonial.

The E-Waste Column is a not-for-profit impact project run through the social enterprise, Palsa & Pulk. Through the #impacttestimonials campaign, we are not only looking to gather qualitative data on our own impact but also to prove more broadly that funding education around e-waste and electronics circularity makes sense – because it really does lead to real-life positive change. In light of this, whether you are new to our resources or a long-term user, we warmly welcome you to be a part of our campaign and to get actively engaged in our ongoing efforts to show the importance of education in this space!
