"The 3.5 Percent" is a storytelling based component of The E-Waste Learning Hub and the TransitionED app. It is focused on telling the stories of ordinary people stepping into their power as citizens, volunteers, activists, researchers, entrepreneurs, and business owners. The series tells the personal stories of individuals and communities still pushing for positive social and environmental change at a time when having hope often feels like a radical act.
