I do not get to talk about #laws and #lawsuits in this column as often as I would like to as an environmental lawyer. Today, we are in for a treat though because the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) was requested to issue a preliminary ruling on #wasteshipments by the Court of Appeal of Stockholm.
